Raymond has coached the Minnetonka High School Debate team to 3rd place at nationals and won the 2019 Schools of Excellence in Debate (top 20 debate schools in the nation). His students have placed 2nd in the MNHSL state tournament, championed JV/Novice state and national qualifiers, and numerous other national/regional tournaments.
He received his bachelor's in engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Education Data Science from the Stanford Graduate School of Education. As a researcher he has a learning science publication with UPenn GSE's Wonder Lab. While at Stanford, he conducted research on how machine learning can be used to aid in early childhood brain development at the Stanford Center on Early Childhood. He also published at the #1 ranked machine learning conference for natural language processing. Professionally he has worked as a software engineer for Fortune 500 Companies, Big Tech, and currently is a Software Engineer in Silicon Valley.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Education from UC Berkeley, as well as completing business entrepreneurship at Berkeley Haas, Sunny is able to bring her unique perspectives and specialize in curriculum design and educational technology innovation.
Her leadership roles in both business operation and education design management gives her expertise in designing engaging curriculums and integrating edtech solutions to empower students with the tools and skills they need for lifelong learning and success.
